My healthy morning drink

My morning drink after
I have hot lemon water….
I find it a lot more cost affective
Than continually having fresh produce
That can spoil if not used at peak freshness
Unless of course you shop for your produce daily….
Recipe:
1. Soak tbsp chia seeds in either 8 oz coconut water or steeped oolong tea
2. Add Scoop of wheatgrass powder = 2 ½ lbs of fresh vegetables {2-8 cents to produce a shot}
3. 1 tbsp molasses
4. 1/2 banana
5. 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
6. 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
7. 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
Blend all in whatever mixer you have till creamy smooth
