Black teas

Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, green and white teas.
All four types are made from leaves of the shrub (or small tree) Camellia sinensis.
Black tea is generally stronger in flavor than the less oxidized teas.
Black tea, which makes up 75% of the world’s tea consumption, is the most widely
consumed tea type worldwide – with good reason. Its comforting, full, rich flavor
is just the beginning – the benefits of drinking black tea are many, and you won’t
regret keeping a stash of this classic favorite in your tea cupboard
(especially when it is available in so many tempting blends and flavors!).
